How do I find my rewards discount code?
To turn earned points into a reward discount code, log into your account on our site, then click on the crown icon floating in the bottom left corner to open the rewards panel. Next scroll down to find ALL REWARDS.
If you don’t have enough points to redeem, you’ll see a progress bar on the right next to the rewards name. If you do have enough points, there will be a REDEEM button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to APPLY code which will automatically apply that coupon code to checkout. In case you don't use your code right away, the code is emailed to you, as well as kept in your account under "Your Rewards."
Are your products vegan?
Our BRIGHT mask does contain buckwheat honey that is cruelty-free and harvested sustainably in the Pacific Northwest of the US. The beekeepers do not harm the bees in the process of collection. LUCID essence does contain N-acetyl glucosamine which is a skin identical active sourced from shells that would be wasted from the shell fish industry. All other products and ingredients used are pure vegan.

How long do your products last? Do they have a shelf life?
How quickly you go through the product will depend on how often you use it. Our products are best used within 3 to 6 months from the manufacturing date (which is on the bottom of the container), although some products like the LUX oil will last for much longer. Because we are using natural preservatives the products don’t have a super long shelf life and you are encouraged to use the product promptly and not stock up. We make our products in small batches, so they stay fresh.
When is the best time to apply the mask?
The best time to apply BRIGHT is at night and before an effective night oil like LUX. BRIGHT will help your other products work better on your skin overnight. Since Bright has exfoliant properties, we recommend not using an exfoliant immediately before use or with BRIGHT.
You can use BRIGHT once a week or multiple times depending on how much your skin likes it. Listen to your skin as it will direct you on how long or how much to apply.
How should I incorporate BRIGHT gel mask mask into my existing skin care routine?
If you are already using a glycol or AHA product, I suggest trying BRIGHT instead for a week and see how you like it. It may be too much for your skin to use both, or you might find them complimentary. Again, listen to your skin. You can use BRIGHT 1 - 3 times a week as a leave on mask, or you could use a smaller amount as a rub on and wash off cleanser every day like we do. Bright gel mask is great before toners, essences, serums oils and creams!
Do you use Parabens?
We do not use parabens, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or sulfates in any of our products.
Do you use petroleum?
Rather than petroleum products and glycols, we use ingredients created from plant-sugars and yeast fermentation through biotechnology as well as natural and organic non GMO oils and extracts. Our products and ingredients are free from: animal testing, phenoxyethanol, sulfates SLS and SLES, fillers, silicones, formaldehydes, formaldehyde releasing agents, mineral oils, artificial colors and fragrances, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan.
How do you use to preserve your products?
We use non toxic preservative systems derived from fermentation and smart synthetics.
What if BRIGHT mask burns in areas like my nose creases?
If it burns more in certain areas, use a thinner layer or don’t put it on those areas at all. The pores around the nose are more open, so the tingle can be more intense there. If it feels like it’s burning, wash it off. Your skin may need time to acclimate to the full 30-minute leave on. You don’t have to endure pain for it to be working.
What if I don’t feel anything?
If your skin is not sensitive to the tingle, that doesn’t mean it’s not working either.
Sometimes we have more oils, grime or buildup of dead skin cells on our skin’s top layer than other times. Next time you use it, you might feel it more. Either way it’s working.
